Specialist packaging artwork, reprographics, plate and screen producer, Creation Reprographics Ltd., is continuing to build on its reputation for high-quality by investing in new technology.
The Daventry-based business has recently installed two new technology solutions upgrades that will significantly enhance its existing high-quality proofing and colour management capabilities.
The SureColor SC-P7000 STD Spectro is a proofer and printer allows Creation to produce prints of the highest quality with greater efficiency and longer lasting results. In addition, an X-Rite i1iO Automated Scanning Table, a robotic chart reading system, will enable Creation to increase productivity while maintaining the high-quality finishing currently produced.
The new acquisition is an upgrade on the previous models of the SureColor proofer and the X-Rite scanning tables which Creation already had installed. This will provide the company with improved reliability, accuracy and consistency in their work.
Managing Director of Creation, Matt Francklow, said: “The purchase of the SureColor Spectro Printer and Proofer and the X-Rite Scanning Table upgrades is something we have had in mind for some time.
“The printing industry is constantly facing technological advances due to the ever-growing demand for high-quality and fast turnaround, so these upgrades are essential to keep us at the forefront of the sector and ahead of our competitors.
“Customers can approach us confident in the knowledge that we can produce their custom orders very quickly, while still maintaining or indeed enhancing the amazing quality they have seen from us in previous jobs.”
Established in 2004, Creation offers platemaking and round-the-clock reprographics services to the UK and European print markets. Working across food and beverage, personal and home care, pharmaceutical and horticulture markets, the company designs solutions for labelling, folding cartons and rigid and flexible packaging.
