Creation Reprographics powers next phase of growth with senior operations appointment

Creation Reprographics, prepress specialist and flexo plate supplier serving label and packaging printers, has announced the appointment of Phil Brown as its new Operations Director, marking a significant step in the company’s continued growth following its move to a state-of-the-art headquarters in 2024.

Phil brings with him extensive experience across the print, prepress and production sectors, having held senior operational and leadership roles where he has consistently delivered improvements in efficiency, service quality and team performance. His track record of streamlining workflows, implementing scalable processes and leading high-performing teams makes him a strong addition to Creation’s leadership team at a pivotal time for the business.

The appointment comes as Creation continues to build on the momentum generated by its investment in a new, purpose-built HQ, designed to enhance production capabilities, support innovation and deliver an even higher level of service to clients.

Phil is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimising internal processes and supporting the business as it scales, ensuring Creation remains at the forefront of prepress and reprographics services.
